The mill of the Lignon

You can buy traditional flours.

The mill of the Lignon is located on the southern side of the Massif Central, in Le Chambon-sur-Lignon, in mountainous areas. It is situated in a privileged region for the cultivation of rye.

Come to the Haut-Lignon where you can find various types of flours made with wheat grains from our regions.

In July and August, the tourist office proposes some free visits or guided tours.

Practical information

Open all year long except on Thursdays (on reservation) and Fridays.

• Monday from 1:30pm to 6pm
• Tuesday from 8:30am to 12am and from 1:30pm to 6pm (please contact them before coming)
• Wednesday from 8:30am to 12am and from 1:30pm to 6pm
• Saturday from 8:30am to 12am
